Best laugh I've had in years! At last I've got some up to date photos of you, Stacey and Jon. Keep up the good work. Lots of love, Your favouite aunt Maureen XX

Subject Man Camp : Would just like to point out that the unnamed pair who didn't camp actually had the radiator OFF and the window open to enable us to experience the same climatic conditions as the rest of you!!! And we'd like to point out that we never moaned about the cold once!!

We received the following message from owen.llewelllyn@ericsson.com on 30th June, which simply said "anoraks".
Dear owen.llewelllyn@ericsson.com, Thanks for your comment, although to be able to help would like more info, even with my wealth of knowledge one word is not a lot to go on. Anorak or coat? Cagoule, cape, poncho, top layer, wind proof, water proof, shower proof, nylon, waxed, plastic, ventilated, technical, quilted, down, breatheable, packable, the options are endless. However if money is an issue get yourself a Regetta. Happy camping! TJ

Decided this was a quicker way than texting!! Just to let you know that I have found the definitive answer with regard to the correct way to "dress" a Cornish Scone!! You cut your scone in half (which ideally should be warm) and you should then butter it (yuk!) so that the butter melts into it (yuk, yuk!), the jam then goes on followed by the cream!!! It's the Devon way that involves the cream going on first followed by the jam!! Tony obviously was getting his counties mixed up! I like the bit where it says that at functions both methods are used because it helps create a discussion - it certainly kept us occupied all week! Check out www.broadwayhouse.com/creamtea.html

i would like to say we have joined in the spirit of your camping website whilst travelling , however i dont think the hilton beach marque is the same as being under your canvas , although we did have a couple of rough nights under said covers , mainly due to short measures or , not enough chill to ones glass. although on our return to blighty i feel we will more than catch up , having obviously sold our house to pay for the formentioned trip , and having only a tent in which to reside. all the best to you all , and thanks for the published photo under alfresco dining, until we meet again . me + her india
